Claire + Brandon tied the knot on a beautiful August day in Mount Rainier National Park. Their elopement was filled with incredible views, adventures and some happy-tears while reading personal vows at their Reflections Lake ceremony.
We started the morning at Hiker's Hideaway, a stunning, bright red, A-framed Airbnb just minutes outside of Mt Rainier's south west entrance. Claire + Brandon got ready and wrote personal vows in preparation for their ceremony.
We headed into the park, stopping for an iconic photo in front of the park's entrance! Then, made our way up to Paradise for a short hike and some park exploration. It was a perfect sunny 67 degree day and the views were incredible! I think we all said "WOW" about 200 times!
Claire + Brandon chose Reflections Lake in Mount Rainier for their intimate elopement ceremony. Together, we found a quiet, private spot near the water with a perfect view of Mt Rainier peaking out over the trees. Brandon's amazing life and spiritual mentor, Daon, flew all the way to Washington to officiate their sweet ceremony! With personal vows, beautiful views and a moving officiant speech, I think it's safe to say we were all tearing up a bit!
After saying "I do", we stopped for one last look at Mount Rainier and took some of my favorite photos from the whole day! The afternoon sun was just starting to go down and gave Claire + Brandon the most beautiful golden glow! (Or maybe it was the 'Just Married' feels.)
To end the day, they changed out of their wedding attire, into comfy sweats and we headed out for some pizza, beer and a little live music!! The day was such an authentic and genuine representation of two of the most amazing people joining together as one! I feel so lucky to have been there to capture all of the magic of this Mount Rainier National Park elopement!
