Hi there! I am here to answer all of your questions.

Here are some of the most frequently asked questions I get asked by clients:

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH LARGER WEDDINGS?

YES! I offer several packages that cover weddings of any size. No matter how big or small your wedding day is, I would love to help tell your story!

DO YOU TRAVEL?

OF COURSE! I am down to go just about anywhere in the world! I offer a really affordable travel package option for those epic destination elopements + any other session! Just fill out my contact form + let's get goin'!

HOW DO TRAVEL FEES WORK?

If you are looking to book a Destination Elopement with me, I have made it as easy for you as possible by removing all travel fees! (within the lower 48) I will take care of booking my own flights, rental cars, accommodations, etc. That way you don't have to worry about it!

For Destination Elopements outside of the lower 48 states, I will customize a Not To Exceed Price depending on your destination and the current travel costs at the time of inquiry. This fee will be reevaluated at the time of booking.

For Photo Sessions or Local Alabama Weddings, travel is included up to 2 hours from my location. Anything beyond 2 hours from my location, I charge .58 cents/mile.

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?

On average, you can expect a minimum of 50 edited images per hour of shooting.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY GALLERY?

After our session, I require 2-3 weeks to fully edit + complete your gallery. 

WHAT IF THERE IS BAD WEATHER?

Weather is something that is totally out of our control. I am more than happy to reschedule your session in the event of bad weather. We will communicate the days/hours leading up to your session + make the decision together!

If you cancel your session, I will be soooo sad but, I totally understand. I do require a non-refundable deposit, so you will not be able to get that portion of the payment back. 

DO YOU HAVE A PAYMENT PLAN?

Absolutely! If this is something you would like to set up, I would love to do that for you! Just let me know during our communication when you book!

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

On occasion, I will send discount codes to my email subscribers! If you are interested in receiving emails about sales, discounts + mini sessions fill out the form at the bottom of home page! Keep an eye out for those emails ;)

CAN I HAVE THE RAWS/UNEDITED IMAGES?

No.

I do not give any RAW images. Editing + processing your gallery is half the magic + trust me, you don't want the RAWs! 

WHERE WILL OUR SESSION BE?

No need to worry about this at all! Upon booking, I will send you a location guide filled with amazing local areas that you can choose from. Of course, I am always down to explore new locations + I am open to any suggestions you may have as well!

WHAT DO WE WEAR TO OUR SESSION?

I GOTCHU! 

I am here to help with every part of styling your session. We can communicate about this in more detail once you have booked, but in the meantime I highly recommend the following helpful tips:

CAN I BOOK A MINI SESSION?

Mini sessions are a special occasion around here!

I typically offer FIVE sets of mini sessions a year. These come as Boudoir Minis, Spring Minis, Summer Minis, Fall Minis + Holiday Minis. To learn more about how to book a mini session, be sure to subscribe to my email list!

This is the best way to claim a mini session spot as soon as they drop. But, keep your eye out because they sell out FAST! 

WHERE ARE YOU BASED OUT OF?

I am based in Huntsville, Alabama! I have been here for most of my life + absolutely love watching this city grow + become one of the coolest places to live!

Of course, I travel as much as I can, but having a home base to come back to is always so nice!

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A PHOTOGRAPHER?

13 YEARS!

I know right?! Most people are shocked when they hear I have been doing photography that long. But, I started when I was 15 years old in 2010. I got my start by taking a film photography class while in High School. I learned how to shoot photos on actual rolls of film + develop them manually in a dark room! I completely fell in love with the art of it + not long after, I began shooting senior photos, prom, sports + even weddings!

DO YOU HELP IN THE PLANNING PROCESS?

YES I DO! I am a planner by HEART + I love helping my couples plan everything from where to shoot, what to wear, any research necessary, vendor recommendations, timeline assistance! I'm here for it all!

IS THIS YOUR FULL TIME JOB?

SURE IS!

In November of 2019 I took a huge leap of faith + quit my full time desk job to pursue my dreams as a Destination Elopement Photographer. It was scary at first, but I haven't looked back since! I absolutely love what I do + I am so grateful that I am able to live out my dreams!
